Presented By: Dr. Mike Morgan
Periodontal Plastic Surgery for Aesthetic Dentistry
This two-day hands-on course is designed to enhance clinicians’ skills in soft and hard tissue procedures that support aesthetic and restorative outcomes. Day 1 focuses on the fundamentals and core skills, beginning with a morning lecture on soft tissue anatomy, biotypes, healing sequences, and case selection for mucogingival defects. Attendees will review basic instrumentation, graft materials, and common procedures including gingivectomy, frenectomy, and crown lengthening. The afternoon hands-on session includes practical exercises on pig jaws or synthetic models, flap techniques, and basic suturing, followed by live surgery observation. Day 2 builds on these foundations with advanced techniques, covering flap designs such as coronally advanced and tunnel flaps, as well as harvesting and placing free gingival and connective tissue grafts. Attendees will learn to manage complications, plan cases based on tissue thickness and defect types, and complete advanced suturing techniques. The hands-on lab continues with exercises for root coverage and peri-implant soft tissue augmentation, culminating in a second live surgery observation.

Reclaiming Simplicity In Digital Dentistry
The rapid growth of digital technology can feel overwhelming. Many clinicians are pressured to invest in expensive systems or take on lab responsibilities that pull them away from the chair—and the reason they became dentists in the first place: patient care.
Digital Dental Sculptor offers an alternative. Dr. Pescatore’s approach is centered on simplicity, using just an iPad ( or Android tablet), that is empowering clinicians to implement modern digital workflows without the need for a full in-house lab. It enhances communication with labs, improves patient experience, and restores focus to chairside dentistry.
The Course: Digital Dental Sculptor
This course is designed to streamline the integration of chairside digital design into daily practice. With hands-on instruction and real-world application, you’ll learn how to:
· Simplify and execute 2D smile simulations to engage patients in cosmetic possibilities
· Harness the power of real-time 3D smile simulations during chairside consultations
· Seamlessly transfer and utilize patient scans with your mobile tablet
· Apply the versatile Pescatore Tooth Library to customize esthetic design
· Leverage Digital Prep Design (DPD) for precise restorative planning and visualization
· Optimize presentation settings for impactful and persuasive patient consultations
· Explore cost-effective 3D printing options for diagnostic and presentation models
· Inspire patient confidence and motivation to move forward with treatment
· Navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape with clarity and confidence
Whether you're new to digital design or looking to enhance your existing workflow, Digital Dental Sculptor will help you elevate your patient presentations, improve treatment acceptance, and bring digital artistry back to the hands of the clinician—where it belongs.
